he explosives manufactured at ORICA factory at Gomia India is transported in Indian explosives vans till Nepal – India Border. According to the regulations of Government of Nepal the explosives and accessories, after custom clearance, needs to be offloaded into Nepalese Vans and trucks under strict army supervision.  Further a team of 30 army personnel led by an officer needs to escort the consignment from the border to its respective Project site bunker.  

These activities require proper supervision and planning. MMSM has a team of logistics and supply change manager and in partnership with a carrier, MMSM has been handling explosives consignment loads from 7 MT to up to 200 MT per consignment. MMSM’s team of qualified and trained professionals make sure this process goes seamlessly from the beginning until the goods are offloaded at project bunker site with utmost focus on safety.
